Returns & Refunds

At Nature Bug Design, every item is made specifically for you. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or color selection, or changes of mind after an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

To help me resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and any defects

Once reviewed, I will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or other appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Sizing

Please review the size chart, sizing information, and care instructions provided on each product page before placing your order. All items are made to order, so I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch with me, and I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
